New England Fights (“NEF”) returns with “NEF 64: Call to Arms” on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor, Maine. The event will showcase a stacked lineup of mixed martial arts (MMA) and kickboxing bouts. Tickets are available now at www.ticketmaster.com.
Earlier today, NEF announced the addition of an amateur featherweight MMA bout to the fight card. John Soucy (2-0) will face Austin Britton (0-1) at a fight weight of 145 pounds.
Undefeated John Soucy has been perfect to date in the NEF cage. He made his amateur debut last November at “NEF 60” in Bangor where he knocked out Britain Sauvola (0-1) in the first round. Soucy would return to the cage for the second time last month at “NEF 63.” In a hard-fought contest, Soucy defeated Jose Pereira (1-3) via unanimous decision. Soucy represents Young’s MMA based in nearby Orrington, Maine.
“I’m happy to be able to fight in my backyard again,” noted Soucy. “I’m looking to keep this momentum going!”
Austin Britton will come to the cage at “NEF 64” looking to play the role of spoiler to Soucy’s undefeated record. It will be the first time Britton has been in the NEF cage in two years. He debuted with the promotion in November 2023 in a losing effort against Rob Boyle (1-1). Britton represents Golden Gloves Boxing Gym.
“Expect the unexpected,” exclaimed Britton. “I will not be outworked!”
“NEF 64: Call to Arms” takes place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the first fight at 7 p.m. Tickets are available now at www.TicketMaster.com.
