Earlier today, NEF announced the addition of an amateur kickboxing bout to the fight card. Owen Lagasse (0-0) will meet Noah Noyes (0-0) at a fight weight of 140 pounds.

Owen Lagasse will make his kickboxing debut in the fight. He is the brother of NEF veteran William Lagasse (0-1 kickboxing, 2-5 MMA) who will also be competing in a kickboxing bout on the “NEF 64” card. Lagasse represents Team Alena.

“I’m fighting for myself and my mom,” said Lagasse. “I’m excited to show the fans my power. I’ve been fighting my whole life—this is just another day for me. Thank you to NEF for the opportunity!”

Noah Noyes will also make his kickboxing debut in the bout with Lagasse. A local competitor, Noyes trains at Titan Athletics in neighboring Brewer, Maine alongside such MMA cage veterans as former NEF Professional MMA Lightweight Champion Bruce “Pretty Boy” Boyington (19-14), current top pro lightweight contender Ed “WAR” Davis (3-1), current NEF Amateur MMA Heavyweight Champion Brandon “Oldie” Oldenburg (3-3), and Devin Corson (5-1 amateur, 0-0 pro) who will make his pro debut on the “NEF 64” card as well.

“I’m excited to be fighting at the Cross Insurance Center,” noted Noyes. “It means a lot! I’ve always been raised right around here so I plan on putting on a banger of a fight for the fans!”
